- Entrants must register their services and other requested information for the appropriate award(s) via the registration form linked to www.ispaawards.org.uk.

The judging criteria is available below. Please submit to awards@ispa.org.uk by 30th March 2010.
This category will be judged by the ISPA Awards judges and is open to any company or individual that has made a significant contribution to users' safety and security. Entrants are required to download and submit the written entry form by 30th March 2010.
Entrants may wish to provide an overall summary of the initiatives that they have been involved in or focus on one particular case study. Entrants may like to consider one or more of the following issues:

- Protection of vulnerable people
- Security service
- Anti-abuse
- Corporate social responsibility credentials
- Customer support
- Child safety
