Best Dial-Up

Requirements for Entry:

• Entrants must register their services and other requested information for the appropriate award(s) via the registration form linked to from http://www.ispaawards.org.uk.
• Entrants must be an ISP or a company offering dial-up Internet service to customers.
• Entrants will be judged based on their submissions to the judging panel.

Written Entry Section:

Entrants to this category are required to submit a written entry form, which will be used by the judges in selecting the winner of the Award. The judging criteria and questions are available below. Please download the written entry form below and submit to awards@ispa.org.uk by 31st March 2009. 

Judging Criteria: 

• Price and value for money
• Time from order to delivery
• Contract options
• Number of free hours for unmetered services
• Length of time passing before connection cut off for unmetered services
• Restrictions on what you can download
• Value added services
• Customer support

Bearing in mind the judges criteria, entrants will be asked to answer the following questions using no more than 250 words per section

1.  How does your service provide value for money?

2.  Outline the technical characteristics that make your service better than others.

3.  How do you maintain a high standard of customer support?

4.  What further characteristics distinguish your service from that of your competitors?
