Requirements for Entry:
- Entrants must register their services and other requested information for the appropriate award(s) via the registration form linked to www.ispaawards.org.uk by January 22nd 2010.
The judging criteria is available below. Please submit to awards@ispa.org.uk by 30th March 2010.
This category will be judged by the ISPA Awards judges and is open to ISPs that have provided the most outstanding service to consumers. Entrants are required to download and submit the written entry form by 30th March 2010.
Entrants may wish to provide an overall summary of the initiatives that they have been involved in or focus on one particular case study. Entrants may like to consider one or more of the following issues:
Judging Criteria:
- Time from order to delivery
- Contract options
- Handling of complaints
- Anti-abuse services
- Value added services
- Corporate social responsibility credentials
- The level of cap on the entrants' broadband service and fair usage policy on your services
- Safety and security features and accessibiity
- How your customer service differs from that of competitors
