Requirements for Entry:
- Entrants must register their services and other requested information for the appropriate award(s) via the registration form linked to www.ispaawards.org.uk by 22nd January 2010.
- Entrants must be a provider of Internet access in the UK at time of entry and throughout the judging process.

The judging criteria is available below. Please submit to awards@ispa.org.uk by 30th March 2010.
This category will be judged by the ISPA Awards judges and is open to ISPs that have shown innovation in connecting communities. Entrants are required to download and submit the written entry form by 30th March 2010.
Entrants may wish to provide an overall summary of the initiatives that they have been involved in or focus on one particular case study. Entrants may like to consider one or more of the following issues:
Judging Criteria:
- Ease and innovation of access
- Local community partnership
- Reliability of connection
- Cost effectiveness
- Sustainability of funding model
Overview of Technical Tests:
Epitiro will provide a technical assessment if appropriate for all entries.
